AT&T: Chris Paul

A campaign exploring connection beyond the game.

When Chris Paul announced his retirement from the NBA, he was also stepping into a new chapter. For AT&T’s 150th anniversary, we found a personal way to connect that moment to his family’s history with the company, his grandmother worked there for 30 years, and his father for another 10.

I developed the creative and wrote the piece, using Chris’ story to make AT&T’s 150 years of connection feel personal rather than just another anniversary message.

The Ad dropped during NBA All-Star Weekend and marked one of Chris’ first major projects after retiring from the NBA. The work was later featured by ADWEEK.
